Moneyis is provided for informational and organisational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your data and for any financial decisions you make while using the app. Moneyis is a tool to help you organise information — not to guide your financial choices.

"As Is" Service

Moneyis is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including:

No guarantee of data accuracy
No guarantee of uptime or availability
No guarantee of uninterrupted service

Data Storage & Loss

Your data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. We are not responsible for data loss caused by:

Browser cache or storage being cleared
Device failure or replacement
User action (e.g. "Clear All Data")

We strongly recommend exporting your data regularly via Settings → Export.

Termination

You may stop using Moneyis at any time. To permanently delete all stored data, use Settings → Clear All Data. This action is irreversible.

Third-Party Services

Moneyis relies on third-party services for hosting (Netlify) and newsletter delivery (Beehiiv, if you subscribe). We are not responsible for their policies, actions, or availability. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

Moneyis's code, design, and content are owned by Moneyis. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the app or its assets without permission.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
